Pick-up Instructions:

We are continuing to utilize our parent pick-up hang tags for all afternoon pickups. Whether you'll be picking up your child daily, weekly, or occasionally, you will need to register through our online application.

For afternoon pickup, please proceed to Driveway B (first right on Polk Township Road from Burger Hollow Road). Please be sure to display your parent pick-up hang tag where our pick up helpers can see. If you do not have your hang tag, please be prepared to sign your child out using your ID at the main office.

For any changes to end of day dismissals, please inform the main office via email by 2:00pm at pviparentpickup@pvbears.org.

Please note we will not release your child to anyone other than parent/guardian without written permission, and must be over the age of 18.

Parent Pick Up begins at approximately 3:25pm.

Pickup Drop Off Reminders

1. Be alert at ALL times.

2. When driving on school property, please maintain a safe speed limit of 15 miles per hour or less. For the safety of our students, please do not pass other cars during drop off and pick up. 

3. Students are not permitted in the building prior to the assigned start time.

4. Students should never be dropped off and left unattended prior to the start of the school day.

5. Advanced notice, by sending a note with your student, or an email to pviparentpickup@pvbears.org, should be provided with the date, the student's name, the name of the individual picking up the child, the teacher's name and time of pick up.

6. A student will only be released to individuals listed on the parent pick-up note and the emergency contact information. Please update your students emergency contact information regularly through the PowerSchool parent portal. 

7. Students will only be released to individuals 18 years or older with appropriate identification. 

8. We ask that parents should not use cell phones while picking up or dropping off children.

9. Please obey all parking lot signage.
